UPDATE 8/2025: I reached out for a follow-up question because I was served with modification to support papers, and the service I received in 2025 was vastly different than previous experiences. It was an ordeal to simply try and book a consultation (which I ended up cancelling). I still am thankful for past services, but I would no longer rate it at 5 stars based on my most recent experience. This review below was written in 2021: Five stars is not enough! I was a client for over a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say. If I ever need an attorney again I will go back to her, and I live over an hour away from her office. If I ever need help with anything legal, I am going to call Natalie first to see who she recommends. That is how much I trust her judgment. Her fees are fair, clear, and worth it. She is honest and supportive. I felt very prepared for the whole process and court proceedings, which was helpful during a very stressful time. Natalie cares about her clients and will do all she can in the best interest of the families she serves. She is also an excellent communicator, so if you need someone to not only take care of it all, but explain it as well, I recommend you go see her. I was not given any money or incentive to write this review. I truly want people to know this is a great attorney that had a positive impact on my children's lives, and for that I will be forever grateful. Writing an honest review is the least I can do. I’m going to start by saying that my case is still active, but I felt compelled to give this review now rather than later because what was achieved so far has exceeded expectations! Just about 2 months ago, I found myself facing false accusations, blocked from my children, and was rendered houseless! I lived in between my car and family members' couches for over a month. Then came Natalie and her team and made all the difference. If I would describe her, imagine you’re in distress, you shine the Bat signal into the sky, and here comes Batman to the rescue! Natalie acts as a lawyer, a friend, and a therapist. Thanks to her and her team, I now can hug my kids again and enjoy a peaceful time. The 1-star review on here given by a user named Reham Siliman is false and not based on facts. This person Reham is friends with the opposing party that had to face Ms. Natalie in court. She put a one-star to retaliate against Ms. Hedman due to the court outcome. I want to end this by saying, if you keep doing the right things, truth will prevail no matter how long it takes. At the end, life is about choices!

Walking through divorce is the absolute worst, but Natalie and her team make it so much simpler and manageable. In the legal world where it all seems overwhelming and confusing, she made me feel able to cope and understand what was in front of me. They prepared me for each step along the way. I cannot say enough kind things about Natalie, Katelyn, Rosa, and the entire Hedman Family Law team. I think even Natalie would agree my case was shockingly strange, and yet she pivoted and navigated an unimaginable amount of setbacks and surprises with patience and ease. Divorce is emotional, and Natalie shows so much compassion for the 'human side' of your plight while also reminding you she is your attorney, has a wealth of knowledge, and should be listened to in regard to legal matters. And I can tell you, I fully agree. Many of the 'setbacks' in my case occurred at times I did not heed her advice, and many of the 'wins' happened when I did. Ultimately, Natalie knows the law, she knows the courtroom, she understands the judges in this community. She is ethical, well-respected, and does not 'fight dirty.' She engages and navigates the family courts with dignity, and this shines bright.
